Additional Information

If too much liquid evaporates during cooking and you don’t have enough, bring the following mixture to a boil to top up the jars:

  • 250 ml (1 cup) water
  • 60 ml (1/4 cup) white wine vinegar
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 1 pinch salt

COOLING TIME: 24 h

Serving Suggestions : Excellent as a topping for hot dogs, hamburgers, and other sandwiches, or as a side for grilled foods or fish and chips.
