Developed in 2014 by Aliments du Québec in collaboration with the Association Restauration Québec (ARQ), the Aliments du Québec au menu – Restaurant program recognizes establishments that incorporate local products into their menus and showcase them to their customers.
It supports restaurateurs in their efforts to promote Quebec know-how and to highlight the diversity and quality of our local cuisine across the province.
