The jury was truely impressed by chef Isabelle Dupuis and her brewing partner Francis Boisvert for their exemplary commitment to local ingredients. Their “Acte de foi” menu is a gastronomic experience you won’t want to miss.
Their authentic approach shines through in every aspect of their work. From their creative, terroir‑driven menu to their craft beers, their spotlight on other Québec made beverages, their boutique showcasing even more local products, their involvement in various gourmet events, and so much more.
The grand reveal took place during a festive evening at Les Botanistes restaurant in Quebec City, bringing together many restaurateurs who are part of the Aliments du Québec au menu program. The atmosphere paid tribute to the passion and dedication of the entire Quebec culinary community.

The establishment, nestled in a heritage building dating back to 1873, joins the prestigious lineage of past award winners : Côté Est (2024), Le Géraldine (2023), Othym (2022), Maison Boire (2021), Le Champlain (2020), La Cuisine (2019) and Chez Boulay (2018).
Among the twelve establishments nominated for the 2025 edition, Les restaurants 1668 (Chaudière‑Appalaches) and Baumier (Laurentides) also stood out as finalists thanks to their remarkable efforts to showcase local ingredients. Congratulations to both establishments!
Created by Aliments du Québec in collaboration with the Association Restauration Québec (ARQ), the Aliments du Québec au menu recognition program brings together more than 1,000 restaurants that give pride of place to Quebec made food products in their kitchens.
The Prix restaurateur was designed to highlight program recognized restaurateurs who stand out through their actions and commitment to sourcing, using, and showcasing Quebec ingredients to their clients.

The winner of the 2025 Prix restaurateur Aliments du Québec au menu is chosen by a jury made up of figures from the restaurant and food industry.
