These hop artists release new brews each year infused with terroir aromas, where originality, creativity, and locavorism are always part of the recipe. This stylish building serves as both a brewing facility and a resto-pub — the perfect place to slow down and savor the moment. The menu features 15 draft beer lines and dishes highlighting local flavors. Their craft beers, brewed with high-quality ingredients, appeal to beginners and seasoned hop lovers alike. To drink: their English blonde ale, raspberry wheat beer, or robust bière de garde. To eat: ultra-decadent burgers, poutine with beer sauce, loaded nachos, and hearty sandwiches.

House-brewed beer and decadent pizza — is there a better duo? Hopera offers classic styles like Pale Ale, Witbier, and Bitter, along with more eccentric creations. Their famous “Puptarts” beers — sour strawberry-rhubarb or blackcurrant-cherry — are always crowd-pleasers. Pair your microbrew with a wood-fired pizza made from house dough and topped with creative ingredients: Big Mac-inspired, pulled pork, smoked meat, merguez — anything goes! As a Zone Boréale ambassador, Hopera works closely with local producers to showcase regional products.

Founded by three electrical engineering students, À la Fût has won numerous awards for its original brews and expertise in barrel aging. Celebrating its 15th anniversary in 2022, the brewery continues to craft its beers on-site in Saint-Tite using local organic barley. Some creations push locavorism even further, incorporating local aromatics into the wort, such as wild yeast saison with plums or wheat beer with strawberries and rhubarb. Their pub, located in the village’s former general store, serves indulgent artisan cuisine — poutine, house-made pizza, and loaded nachos among the highlights.

The co-founders of Locomotiv realized that the best ideas often come… over a beer! They wanted to create that kind of beer — one that brings people together and sparks inspiration. The brewers love experimenting with ingredients to develop unique flavors. Must-tries include their dandelion red ale, session ale, and double IPA named “Chainsaw.” Pair your drink with bistro favorites like Smash burgers, poutine, melted brie, and more.

Two lifelong friends turned their love of hops into a basement hobby that quickly evolved into a full-time passion. Moulin 7 was born in 2013, inspired by the mining history of Val-des-Sources (formerly Asbestos). Since welcoming two new owners in 2022, the brewery now offers mostly house-made cuisine focused on regional products. Menu highlights include confit duck shepherd’s pie, Nagano pork ribs, and braised beef pasta. Their beer lineup features Nordic IPA, haskap wheat beer, and worker’s saison.

Who hasn’t dined at 3 Brasseurs? With locations throughout the province, these brewpub-restaurants are known for on-site brewed beers, hearty meals, and great times. From traditional brews to seasonal selections, canned LAB beers, and their Innovation line, there’s plenty to explore. Did you know each location has its own brewer’s special? Ask what’s new on tap next time you visit! On the menu, enjoy Flammekueche (a traditional dish from northern France, where 3 Brasseurs originates), classic choucroute, or the iconic 3 Brasseurs burger. Owned by two brothers, Bercée is a true brewing complex combining brewing facilities, kitchen, and tasting room in a rustic countryside setting.
