Located in Saint-Paulin, Éco-café Au bout du monde is a unique café surrounded by nature, filled with the aroma of fair-trade coffee roasted on site. Open since 2007, its creative décor includes pieces from an old sawmill, and it serves a variety of local farm-inspired dishes such as rutabaga soup, trout sandwiches, roasted leeks with vinaigrette, and charcuterie boards.
Lanaudière

Located in Joliette, Brûlerie du Roy feels like a second home with comfortable seating, soft lighting, and the smell of freshly roasted coffee. Since 2003, this café has been roasting all of its coffee beans daily and offering a menu of high-quality breakfasts, sandwiches, soups, salads, and desserts that pair beautifully with its coffee.

With two locations — in La Prairie and Beloeil — Quartier Général has made its mark since 2011 (and 2019 for the second address) as a friendly local café where people gather. Known affectionately as “QG,” it offers a warm atmosphere, a wide variety of coffees, grilled cheese with maple, duck rillettes sandwiches, beet paninis, and sweet treats like scones and apple crisp.

Located in the heart of Old Québec, the Chez Boulay - Épicerie québécoise is a true culinary laboratory dedicated to showcasing the wide variety of high-quality products available in the region. About ten seats allow guests to watch the pastry chefs at work as early as 7 a.m., all while sipping a delicious coffee. The counter offers a selection of sandwiches, salads, and sweet treats, while a small grocery section provides privileged access to many of Chez Boulay’s favourite local products. Whether dining in or taking out, this spot that celebrates Nordic flavours is well worth a visit.
Eastern Townships

On the riverbank in Granby, Le Café de la Brûlerie attracts visitors with its wide selection of coffees roasted on site and its appealing meal options. Since 2013, it has served everything from classic breakfasts and hearty skillets to burgers, smoked salmon salads, and even fisher-style fish tacos — all perfectly paired with coffee, including espresso-based desserts like crème brûlée.
Monteregie

Situated on Saint-Bernard Island in Châteauguay, Café de l’Île offers a warm menu full of local flavors, with snacks, meals, hot and cold drinks, and delicious fare for all tastes. A major highlight here is the “bird-named” hot chocolates — such as the Rose-breasted Cardinal — with creative flavor twists like beet.
