Grilled chicken air fryer nachos

• 1 bag (250 g) multigrain tortilla chips, Mtl Gringo
• 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or chicken breasts
• 1 Vegco red onion, sliced
• ½ Gen V greenhouse red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 cup mild marbled cheddar cheese, Boivin, grated
• 1 cup cheese curds, Boivin
• Pretty Ugly salsa, 250 ml, of your choice

For the chicken marinade

• ⅓ cup Pretty Ugly salsa (of your choice)
• ⅓ cup Sealtest sour cream
• 1 garlic clove, pressed

For the fresh greenhouse vegetable salsa (Québec)

• 1 tomato (Demers greenhouses), diced
• Remaining half of the red bell pepper, finely diced
• 2 tbsp homemade pickled peppers (peperoncini-style: jalapeños or Québec-grown Goya peppers)
• A pinch of salt

For serving

• Remaining Pretty Ugly salsa
• Sealtest sour cream, to taste
• La Pimenterie hot sauce, of your choice
