The web series On a échangé nos cuisines! explores how the role of a chef varies depending on whether they work in a restaurant, a cafeteria, a childcare center (CPE), or a food service operation. Between different work methods and clienteles, the commitment to sourcing local products and a shared passion ultimately prevail.
