4–6 yellow-fleshed potatoes
1 Boston lettuce leaf
1 Savoura cluster tomato
1 cucumber
80 ml (1/3 cup) of your preferred dressing.

Instructions

Burger

Preheat the barbecue to medium-high heat (about 220 °C / 425 °F).
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise with half of the La Triade spices. Set aside in the fridge.
In another bowl, mix the remaining spices with the ground chicken. Shape the mixture into four patties.
On the hot, oiled barbecue grate, place a non-stick barbecue mat, then lay the patties on it. Close the lid and cook for 10–12 minutes, turning the patties a few times during cooking, until the inside is no longer pink.
Turn off the burners. Add the goat cheese on top of the patties. Close the lid and let rest for 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil over medium heat in a pan. Cook the onions for 5–7 minutes. Add the maple syrup and stir. Continue cooking over low heat for 4–5 minutes, until the onions are caramelized.
On the hot, oiled barbecue grate, toast the buns.
Assemble the burgers: spread the spiced mayonnaise on the buns, then add the chicken patties, caramelized onions, tomato slices, lettuce leaves, and relish.

Fries Preheat the air fryer to 205 °C (400 °F). Cut 4–6 yellow-fleshed potatoes into sticks. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the potato sticks in the air fryer basket. Cook for 20–25 minutes, shaking or stirring the fries halfway through. Serve with the remaining spiced mayonnaise and 125 ml (1/2 cup) ketchup.
Salad Dice 1 Savoura cluster tomato and 1/2 Nordic cucumber. Shred 1 Boston lettuce. In a salad bowl, combine the tomato and cucumber cubes with the lettuce and 80 ml (1/3 cup) of your preferred dressing.
