This recipe was created in partnership with the Association des éleveurs de canards et d’oies du Québec, which brings together seven producers, including Rougié, Canards du Lac Brome, Les Canardises, Hudson Valley, Ducs de Montrichard, Au Gîte des oies, and Canard Goulu. In addition to the Aliments du Québec logo featured on packaging, consumers can now also spot the “Québec Raised and Processed” identifier on duck products from Québec producers and processors.
