Recommendations from the Auditor General of Québec: 100% Completed
Aliments du Québec announces that it has fully implemented all the recommendations issued to the organization by the Auditor General of Québec (AGQ) in 2021. These were deemed 100% satisfactory according to the recently published Follow-Up on Recommendations 2024–2025 report.
When the report was first released in 2021, our organization welcomed the recommendations, which aligned with the steps already underway to strengthen the verification and monitoring system for certified products.
“This conclusion by the Auditor General confirms the strength of our verification mechanisms and the rigour of the work carried out by our team over the years. At a time when the geopolitical climate is renewing the importance of buying local, this recognition reaffirms the reliability and value of our logos and assures consumers that products verified by our organization meet the highest standards,” said Isabelle Roy, Executive Director of Aliments du Québec.
